Position Description

Our Programming department helps coordinate many panels and events through the weekend. We are looking for programming staff to assist in the setup and breakdown of the rooms where our panels and events take place.

Responsibilities

• Arranging tables and chairs to meet the needs of each panel/event
• Checking in with panels to ensure they start and end on time.
• Assisting with Audio/Visual setup which may include microphones, projectors and helping panelists attach their computers to the equipment.
