Position Description

Our logistics department focuses on facilitating and coordinating the complex load-in and load-out process. This department works with hotel and the other departments to smoothly and efficiently move the assets and materials Furry Migration has and uses at con. This is a physical position as there are some heavy items that need to be moved with the assistance of hand carts and dollys.

Duties Include

• Assisting with the coordination of the movement of assets and goods to and from our storage facility during load-in and load out. Load-in takes place Thursday morning and Load Out takes place on Sunday Evening.
• Working with at-con volunteers to ensure all items get delivered to the proper locations within the hotel.
• Helping keep the logistics moves on schedule and accurate.
