Position Description

FM’s Hotel Department is the bridge between the convention and the venue it takes place in, which in our case is the Hyatt Regency Minnepolis.

Duties (At Con)

• Include fielding hotel requests such as water refills, function space unlocks/locks, trash removal, and other such requests.
• FM’s Hotel staff then fulfill the request themselves or coordinate with Hyatt staff to resolve any requests and issues.
• This is an “on-call” type of position that allows one to still enjoy many aspects of the convention while while on shift performing duties.
